崗位職責：

1、 Be responsible for equipments of automatic control DCS system, the operating maintenance of sensors, switches, automatic valves, analytical instruments and other relevant instrument equipments; 負責工廠自動控制DCS系統設備，傳感器、開關、自動閥門、分析儀器等儀表系統設備的運行維護； 

2、  Conduct root cause analysis to major and repetitive fault of equipments, issue relevant reports, constantly improve reliability of the equipments; 對設備發生的重大及重復性故障進行根本性原因分析并出具相關報告書，不斷提高設備的可靠性；

3、  Be responsible for periodic maintenance of relevant instruments, solve problems timely, ensure normal operation; 負責工廠設備儀表方面的定期維護，及時解決問題，保證設備的正常運行； 

4、 Participate in installation quality control, single and linkage commissioning of new project; 參與新項目安裝質量控制、單機調試及聯動試車；

5、 Be responsible for all instruments standard and proofreading, enable to meet relevant national standards; 負責公司所有儀表設備的標準、校對等，使其符合國家相關標準；

6、 Manage and arrange all instrument related drawings and technical data; 負責公司所有儀表相關的圖紙、技術資料的整理和管理工作； 

7、 Provide other staff with instrument related technical training, improve their professional skills; 為其他專業員工提供儀表控制系統技術培訓，提高員工的業務水平；

8、 With advanced workmanship, new technique, method and tool, improve equipment working efficiency, decrease energy consumption, and raise economic benefits; 積極采用先進工藝和新技術、新方法、新工具，提高設備工作效率，降低能耗成本，提高經濟效益；

9、 Be responsible for minor repair and overhaul planning of instruments, actively do analysis and judgement for predictive maintenance; 負責儀表專業所轄設備的大修、小修計劃，積極對設備進行分析判斷，進行預知維修；

10、 Assist electrical engineer in working; 能夠協助電氣工程師開展工作；

11、 Formulate instrument spare parts plan monthly and report to superior, participate in acquisition process to acquire spare parts and equipment which shall meet both quality and quantity requirements; 負責每月儀表設備備品配件計劃的編制和提報，并參與控制采購過程以獲得符合質量、數量要求的備件和設備；

12、 Strictly implement company regulations and safety management system; 嚴格執行公司的各項規章制度、安全管理制度；

13、 Finish the other tasks be assigned. 及時完成上級布置的其他工作任務。

任職資格：

1、 具有DCS編程組態能力，擅長儀器維護保養； 

2、 熟練運用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等常用辦公自動化軟件； 

3、 主動性強，能夠承受較大的工作壓力，良好的團隊合作精神；

4、 三年以上石油化工企業儀表維修工作經驗；

儀表自動化相關專業，本科學歷，英語良好。
