崗位職責：

1、 Implement  the relevant laws, regulations and standards about  the production safety made by superior departments;認真執行上級部門安全生產相關的法律、法規、標準等；

2、 Assist in the development of the safety management system and safety procedures,supervise and inspect the relevant work;協助制訂并監督檢查安全生產管理制度和安全技術規程；

3、 Be involved in auditing the "three and" acceptance of new project, revision project, expansion project, overhaul and construction planning, and the commissioning work about the acceptance of the project;參與新建、改建、擴建工程項目、大修和建設施工規劃中的三同時審核工作，并參加工程項目的竣工驗收試運轉工作；

4、  Insist the daily safety inspection and keep the records, urge the relevant departments to correct the security risks actively; complete the management of safety assessment well;堅持日常安全生產檢查并做好記錄，督促有關部門積極整改安全隱患；做好安全考核管理工作；

5、 Enhance the safety education of employees, improve the safe quality of staff, organize various forms of security activities, enhance the safety education of the external workers;加強職工安全教育，提高職工安全素質，組織開展形式多樣的安全活動和安全技術練兵，同時加強外來施工人員的安全教育；

6、 Establish the ledger about the safety meetings and the results of the safety inspection, collect and archive the safety data;做好會議、檢查記錄并建立臺賬，做好安全技術資料的收集歸檔工作；

7、 Be responsible for the drafting work about the safety statistics and statements, responsible for the statistic of  the Month Award about safety;負責安全方面的有關統計報表起草工作，負責安全月獎的統計匯總工作；

8、 Grasp the dangerous operation management system, strict implementation of the change management and the contractor management system;掌握危險作業許可管理制度，制定并嚴格執行變更管理和承包商管理制度；

9、 Master and work according to the safety standardization;掌握安全生產標準化，并按照標準化體系要求開展工作；

10、 Develop and implement emergency measures and exercises programs of the various types of accidents;制定并實施公司各類事故的應急措施和演練方案；

11、 Be responsible for the daily management of the smoke alarm system and automatic fire extinguishing system；負責煙火報警系統和自動消防系統日常管理工作；

12、 Finish the other tasks be assigned. 及時完成上級布置的其他工作任務。

任職資格：

1、 安全類專業本科畢業（大專畢業需有三年工作經驗）；

2、 英語四級以上；

國家注冊安全工程師資格優先。
